The hotel has both positives and negatives. The drainage in the toilet and tub needs attention, and soundproofing could be improved as I could hear conversations from the adjoining rooms. However, I would consider returning when prices are lower.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room, despite booking well in advance, was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed, although it had only a partial ocean view. The service, provided by the cheerful and accommodating valet, was friendly and accommodating, but it seemed they were short-handed. The location was excellent, with a great view of the ocean, making it the best part of this hotel. Dining at the hotel was a nice experience, with excellent staff, but it could be better with more choices and organization.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, right across from a great beach, and the service truly made my vacation start off the right way. However, the rooms were a bit disappointing for the price paid, with some differences in size and amenities. The dining experience was decent but could get crowded at times.
